SalesMaster Hub – Credits Explained
Our credit system powers many of your SalesMaster Hub features, from SMS and calls to AI and automation. Below is everything you need to know about how credits work, how charges are applied, and your responsibilities as a user.
Auto-Charge for Extra Marketing Credits
By using our platform’s credit system, you agree to the following terms regarding automatic top-ups:
Auto-Billing & Credit Allocation
- Auto-billing is enabled by default.
- If your balance drops below £0, a £10 credit will be automatically added and charged to your saved payment method.
- Once your included monthly credits are used, additional credits will be automatically purchased as needed.
Billing, Charges & Pricing
Charges are applied immediately when:
- Your included credits are fully used, or
- Your balance falls below zero.
Your wallet balance and full transaction history can be viewed in your Marnager Marketing Suite:
Go to Settings → Company Billing.

Note: Prices may fluctuate based on the USD to GBP exchange rate.
Notifications & Invoicing
- You’ll receive an email confirmation for each auto-charge.
- Your invoice will be updated with every credit purchase.
Payment Method Policy
- A valid payment method must remain on file.
- If a charge fails, access to marketing services may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
Monitoring Your Usage
You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage. SalesMaster Hub provides real-time tracking inside your dashboard to help manage your consumption.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes.
